Senior Theatre Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a key member of our theatre department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the management and organisation of care within the operating department.
About the RoleThis is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week, with part-time hours available. The successful candidate will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern and will be responsible for:
- Delivering safe and quality care for patients during their peri-operative phase of care
- Supporting, coordinating and actively assisting in the management and organisation of care within the operating department
- Providing quality planned care for patients during their peri-operative phase of care by ensuring all team members deliver quality patient care
- Leading in the delivery of patient care, during a list or specified period of time
- Ensuring that patient safety checks are carried out in accordance with the policy and that all practitioners adhere to the policy
- Contributing to quality improvement
- Developing and enhancing the skills and knowledge of others and self
- Promoting best evidence-based practice within own scope of practice
- Applying legislation, policies and procedures correctly
- Achieving agreed objectives and demonstrating CHG behaviours at all times
