We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetics, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital theatre department.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert anaesthetic care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of theatre protocols and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
- 12 months experience in a theatre setting (desirable but not essential)
- Significant investment in your learning and development
- Flexible shift patterns to support your work-life balance
- The autonomy and support to make influential decisions
- The opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality care
- 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service
