National Express is seeking a highly skilled Accident and Claims Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term contract. Based at our Head Office in Digbeth, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating the investigation of motor and employer's liability accidents and supporting the claims process.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and record reports of accidents and incidents from our drivers and employees, ensuring accurate and complete information is obtained and recorded.
- Identify at-fault motor accidents and administer procedures for early intervention, reducing downtime of third-party vehicles and mitigating claims costs.
- Request and obtain desktop evidence in support of claim investigations, including CCTV, DriveCam, telematics, and Google images.
- Provide expert guidance and support to claims handlers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of claims.
- Compile and present written and oral witness evidence for claims requiring extensive investigation.
- Conduct thorough analysis of accident data to identify trends and implement strategies to reduce motor accidents and claims.
