Platform Education and Communication Specialist

The Whitespace Platform is a cutting-edge trading system for the global (re)insurance markets. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an effective and scalable education solution for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify education needs and provide business leadership on the development and implementation of SaaS training content.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Author to create interactive tours using SheperdJS.
  • Provide insurance business context guidance and support to the Platform Technical Author.
  • Work with Platform Support and Account Management teams to address problem areas and frequently asked questions.

Client Training

Deliver user training, prepare training materials, and provide advice and guidance to clients on training options.

Whitespace Training

Design and deliver SaaS In-App training formats, user training courses, and Whitespace Platform training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Advanced level of written English and understanding of English grammar.
  • Ability to listen and learn how to fully demonstrate the Whitespace Platform.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software suite or equivalent.
  • Experience in recording and narrating training videos and using relevant software editing tools.
  • Implemented innovative solutions for education and training in a software products business.
  • Coaching for better performance.
  • Business Analysis & Consultancy.
  • Project management skills: time management, internal stakeholder management, prioritisation, communication, diary management.
