Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to join our team as a Governance Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the University Court and Senate Office, working closely with colleagues to deliver a range of tasks and activities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
We offer a competitive salary package, including £27,800 - £32,600 per annum, along with a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the University Court and Senate Office in their day-to-day operations
- Assist with the preparation of reports and other documentation
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
