About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Design Engineer to join our Digital Programme Team at Kohler Mira. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative digital showering experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop new product concepts and prototypes using engineering fundamentals and logic.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate existing technologies into projects and technical assignments.
  3. Oversee complex engineering analysis using theoretical and practical tools to achieve timely consensus within the team.
  4. Deliver assigned work packages to a high quality, on time, and with consideration given to cost and sustainable goals.
  5. Collaborate with a multifunctional team to deliver projects to time, cost, and quality targets, with full alignment to standards & legislation.
Requirements
  1. A qualified Mechanical Engineer with experience in new product development.
  2. Passionate about new technology and driven to identify and solve engineering problems.
  3. Used to working with a new product development process and designing for various manufacturing processes.
  4. 3D / 2D CAD skills, preferably Creo Parametric.
  5. An appreciation of water/fluid principles and/or fluid control systems.
  6. A working appreciation of electronic and electrical systems.
