About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Merchandising Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering regional performance objectives in line with the seasonal and global growth strategy.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of Branch Merchandising/Retail Trading, Allocation/replenishment tools - expert level, and knowledge of retail operations/supply chain process. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver category and territory specific retail sales, profit, and availability KPIs.
  • Launch promotional events in store, maximising opportunities and ensuring timely allocation to meet launch dates.
  • Manage regional availability, balancing stock between web and retail, maintaining accurate distribution forecasts, and ensuring stocks are sufficient to achieve performance KPIs.
  • Develop strong relationships with Retail teams, communicating key information to support them in trading the regions.
  • Identify and communicate sales/stock risk and opportunities across regions and markdowns/markups required to maximise sell through/profit.
