Financial Reporting Role at Aviva

Aviva is seeking a skilled Financial Reporting professional to join its Group External Reporting Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for meeting the regulatory and statutory reporting requirements for Aviva Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production of financial reports, including IFRS consolidated financial statements and notes, interim report, and quarterly trading updates.
  • Results messaging and insights for external purposes, including Plc Audit Committee and Board.
  • Manage documentation and controls in line with Aviva's financial reporting controls framework (FRCF) and ensure compliance.
  • Managing relevant stakeholders, such as Business Unit finance teams, to support deliver of Group results and disclosures.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Accountant with experience in financial reporting.
  • Advanced planning and decision making skills for effective delivery.
  • Ability to work closely with finance teams at business unit and Group levels.
What We Offer:
  • Salary between £50,000 - £55,000 (national), £60,000 - £70,000 (London) depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
