Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion within a defined territory. This will involve building relationships with existing and new customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement sales plans
- Manage and complete sales reports on a weekly basis
Requirements:
- Experience in the hire market and powered access industry
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel regularly
