Care Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Care Management Specialist to join our team and manage the daily operations of a 60-bedded Nursing and Residential Home for the elderly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled care professional to take on a key leadership role and contribute to the success of our team. As a Care Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the overall operation of the home, including staff recruitment, training, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care and service delivery
- Liaise with external healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and collaboration
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to, and that regulatory requirements are met
Requirements:
- Registration with the CQC (Care Quality Commission)
- At least 1 year's experience in managing a nursing home setting
- Experience working with elderly patients, particularly those with dementia
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and external partners
