About the Job

We are recruiting a Sales Audit Assistant to support our retail stores nationwide. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in financial operations and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Tasks
  1. Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement
  2. Reconcile sales transactions to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies
  3. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues
  4. Manage credit card disputes and process refunds as needed
  5. Coordinate the distribution of documentation and supplies to stores
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in financial operations
Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused individual with a passion for finance and customer service. Previous experience in a financial role or related field is essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
