About the Role:

  • Assist residents with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support residents with mobility issues and provide assistance with daily living tasks.
  • Promote mental and physical well-being through engaging activities and conversation.
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment by reporting concerns and adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
