Financial Operations Assistant

Job Summary:
The Recruitment Co is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the financial team, ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Data Management: Manage and input supplier invoices, create and post rent and service charge invoices, and prepare reports and reconciliations.
- Financial Reporting: Produce client reports, tenant statements, and debtor reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Financial Support: Assist with statutory accounts production, provide support to the property management team, and help reduce aged debts.
Requirements:
- Financial Skills: Excellent attention to detail, ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy, and proficiency in financial software.
- Communication Skills: Professional telephone manner, self-starter, and adaptable and flexible approach to work.
