Financial Operations Assistant

Job Summary:
The Recruitment Co is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the finance team and contributing to the smooth operation of the company's financial functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Data Management: Manage and input supplier invoices, create and post rent and service charge invoices, and prepare reports and reconciliations.
- Financial Analysis: Assist with debtor reporting, reducing aged debts, and supporting the statutory accounts production.
- Client Reporting: Produce client reports and tenant statements.
- Financial Support: Provide administrative support to the property management team and assist with various financial tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy.
- Adaptability: An adaptable and flexible approach to work, with a fast learning ability.
