Helping Hands is seeking a skilled Care and Training Practitioner to support the development of our care team. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in training and mentoring new care assistants, ensuring they provide the highest standard of care to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in care and training, with a passion for coaching and supporting others. You will work closely with the office team to ensure compliance and quality standards are met, and will be responsible for conducting risk assessments and reviewing care plans with customers.
