Located in Inverness, Scotland, this Competitive Salary £23,000 per year opportunity is available for an Administrative Support Coordinator.
As part of Priority Recruitment's Appeals Handling Team, you will be responsible for managing written appeals for private parking charge notices. Key responsibilities include responding to appeals with clear and accurate written communication, reviewing case data, providing advice to customers over the phone, prioritizing tasks effectively, and ensuring all responses and actions are accurate and consistent.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently and manage time effectively, sound decision-making skills, a focus on accuracy, and proficiency in using Outlook, Excel, and Word.
