Job Title: Financial Operations Assistant

A challenging opportunity has arisen within our Financial Operations Team to assist with the administration of payroll processes.

About the Role:

This role involves working closely with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, while also providing support to employees regarding their pay.

Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll Processing: Process payroll data accurately and efficiently, adhering to deadlines.
  2. Employee Support: Offer assistance with payroll-related queries, including expense claims and payslip access.
  3. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of employee data, including sickness absences and P45s.
  4. Communication: Provide excellent customer service to employees and respond to external queries in a professional manner.

What We Offer:

An annual salary of approximately £35,000 based on qualifications and experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days holiday, Bupa health insurance and an enhanced pension plan.
