Parkside Recruitment is looking for a dedicated Sales Support Analyst to join our regional team, focusing on EMEA and Asia. This role is essential in providing comprehensive support to our sales personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and refine processes for sales and demand planning discussions.
- Assist in documenting sales procedures with detailed guides and workflows.
- Deliver necessary data extracts to sales teams in an easily digestible format.
- Generate guidance on anticipated shipments at both the customer and item levels.
- Conduct GAP analysis to share insights with sales leaders and account managers, identifying risks and opportunities in relation to business plans and demand forecasts.
- Oversee the maintenance of the Connect Forecast tool, including necessary system uploads.
- Collaborate across departments with a focus on commercial objectives.
- Create impactful PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate insights to various stakeholders.
- Provide support for the direct line manager as needed, ensuring structured sales planning and internal communications.
- Implement KPI metrics to track business plans and distribution expectations against actual performance.
- Manage the sales timetable across the region to facilitate deadline adherence.
- Maintain an updated list of forecast partners, ensuring all approvals are in place.
- Regularly review system user licenses to ensure appropriate access for sales team members.
- Establish and document processes for verifying shipments against inactive customers, coordinating with commercial teams as necessary.
- Engage in initiatives and projects aimed at reducing redundancy, enhancing efficiency, and improving forecast accuracy.
- Identify strategies to concentrate on key customers and assist in the development of sales tools and data presentations.
