We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Chief Management Accountant in managing and developing the management accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse financial data and create financial models to support decision-making
  • Provide support to the Chief Management Accountant in managing and developing the management accounting functions
  • Play a key role in the budget setting process, working closely with all departments to compile, analyse and review annual budgets and periodic forecasts
  • Support the continuous improvement of the standard setting process and calculation of overhead rates
  • Control, manage and develop the Company's fixed asset register and asset purchase systems
  • Play a major role in the month end and year end close process, supporting both the financial accounting and management accounting teams
  • Work with non-finance departments to ensure that processes are transacted correctly, ensuring the integrity of the financial information in the system
  • Manage corporate compliance activities
  • Lead and manage the Accounts Payable processes
  • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
Requirements
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with other financial software
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Ability to work collaboratively within the Accounting & Finance department
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and good use of initiative
