About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a key member of our Accounting & Finance department, you will play a vital role in supporting the Chief Management Accountant in managing and developing the management accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse financial data and create financial models to inform business decisions
  • Support the budget setting process, working closely with all departments to compile, analyse and review annual budgets and periodic forecasts
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the standard setting process and calculation of overhead rates
  • Manage and develop the Company's fixed asset register and asset purchase systems
  • Support the month end and year end close process, working with both the financial accounting and management accounting teams
  • Collaborate with non-finance departments to ensure processes are transacted correctly, maintaining the integrity of financial information
  • Manage corporate compliance activities
  • Lead and manage the Accounts Payable processes
  • Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools to increase productivity
Requirements
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with other financial software
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Ability to work collaboratively within the Accounting & Finance department
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and good use of initiative
