Senior Brand Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Brand Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts across multiple brands. This is a pivotal role where you will play a key part in developing and executing a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
As Senior Brand Marketing Director, you will be responsible for driving demand, revenue growth, and brand visibility through multi-channel campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment between marketing activities and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-brand marketing strategy that supports revenue goals across our key sectors.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Guide creative direction and develop briefs to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities and business objectives.
- Lead and manage a small marketing team, providing direction, mentoring, and development to ensure high performance.
- Oversee relationships with external agencies, ensuring that marketing campaigns are executed effectively and deliver measurable results.
- Conduct market analysis and gather customer insights to refine marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage the marketing budget and track return on investment (ROI) to ensure the effective use of resources.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for all marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimise campaign performance.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with a focus on construction, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of managing multi-brand marketing strategies and delivering creative and successful campaigns that drive revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing small teams and working with external agencies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools to measure and improve campaign performance.
- Experience in account-based marketing and managing marketing automation tools is a plus.
