We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Facilities Management team at Chicksands Barracks. As an integral part of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to the Service Manager, Site Manager, and Small Works Project Manager, ensuring the smooth delivery of planned and reactive maintenance and small billable works for replaceable assets on the contract.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management team, including compiling reports using Microsoft Excel and utilizing Maximo as required.
- Attend meetings, both online and face-to-face, to take minutes and serve as the first point of contact for clients or customers onsite.
- Undertake various administrative duties to ensure the operations teams can deliver their tasks efficiently.
- 25 days annual leave
