Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join our team in Woking, Surrey. As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for preparing paint spraying equipment, mixing paints, and applying the correct film build to vehicles. The role involves working as part of a team to ensure high-quality finishes and efficient production processes.


Responsibilities
  • Prepare paint spraying equipment for daily use
  • Mix paints to the right colour and consistency as per the mixing matrix
  • Apply the correct film build to vehicles, including primers, colours, and effect coats as per the application matrix
  • Maintain and clean equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Support the paint kitchen by storing paints in the correct conditions

Requirements
  • Ability to work as part of a team to achieve high-quality results
  • Understanding of detailed work instructions and ability to follow them accurately
  • Knowledge of painting processes and techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings and evenings
