EdEx - Education Recruitment is seeking a confident and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant - Psychology Graduate to join our client's supportive and successful team in Wandsworth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to start their career in education or an individual passionate about SEN to work with the best specialist staff and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and creating an inspirational environment for all pupils to flourish within. They will also have previous experience working with children, be creative, confident, and caring, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted support to pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, Global Delay, and Down Syndrome.
  • Assist with the management of the class, carry out interventions, and deliver programmes tailored to children's needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the inclusion team to support pupils and staff.

Requirements:

  • A passion for education and creating an inspirational environment for all pupils to flourish within.
  • Previous experience working with children.
  • Creative, confident, and caring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion in supporting those with Special Educational Needs.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, full-academic-year, term-time-only role, with a competitive daily rate of £105-£115.
