Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in Exeter. As a member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

We offer a differentiated curriculum that caters to the diverse requirements of our students, including PSHE, Nurture Group, Land Based Studies, Food Tech, Drama, Photography, PE, and Technology.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Work closely with teachers and support workers to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Provide individualized support to students, focusing on their social, emotional, and mental well-being
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Experience working with students with complex needs
  • A passion for providing high-quality support to students
Salary and Benefits
