Key Responsibilities:

What We Offer:
A competitive package including a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (based on location and industry standards), with salary reviews twice a year. Additional benefits include 25 days' annual leave (increasing to 27 after five years), option to 'buy' more annual leave, pension scheme membership with up to 5% employer contribution, company car allowance upon achieving chartership, life insurance at twice salary, interest-free season ticket loan, bike to work scheme, dress-down and early finish on Fridays, and comprehensive benefits tailored to all employees.

Training and Development:
We offer a structured RICS APC programme, including bonus payment on completion of APC, training sessions with an external APC coach, coaching in soft skills, and individual support in the six months leading up to the final assessment.
