The Graduate Network invites applications from motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join their team as a Year 6 Graduate Teaching Assistant in Central Birmingham. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to support the educational development of Year 6 pupils, providing tailored assistance in the lead-up to SATs exams. As a key member of the teaching team, you will contribute to the creation of engaging learning experiences, fostering a love of learning in your students. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers in planning and delivering lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of Year 6 pupils.
  • Deliver targeted interventions to help students achieve their full potential, addressing areas of difficulty and building confidence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective assessment strategies, ensuring that pupil progress is accurately monitored and reported.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area or equivalent qualification.
  • Recent graduate with a strong academic record, demonstrating a commitment to education and a passion for working with young people.
