Job Description: Birmingham Estimating and Sales Leader

Syntech Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales/Estimating Manager to lead our team in Birmingham, West Midlands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a small sales team, managing orders and contracts, and generating quality leads. They will also be expected to ensure that all functions continue to operate smoothly.

Salary: £50k base salary with car allowance
