Key Responsibilities- Manage resident and staff records, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Liaise with residents, families, and external agencies, providing excellent customer service.
- Process weekly staff hours and monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Interact with regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Ensure room allocation and availability is accurate and maintained.
- Update HR files, including Right to Work Contracts and DBS checks.
- Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding of new care home staff.
- Assist the Home Manager with daily requests and tasks.
- Strong administrative skills and experience working in a generalist administrative role.
- Computer literacy, experience of payroll, and knowledge of HR processes.
- Well-developed customer service skills, with the ability to liaise confidently and effectively.
- Highly organized, with good attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work using your own initiative.
