At Utility People, we're seeking a skilled TPI Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs) and drive growth for our SME and Mid-Market clients in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with TPIs to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Design and implement strategies to maximize value with TPIs, ensuring a high level of service while considering cost-to-serve.
  • Maintain effective processes for the TPIs sales segment, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Onboard and train new TPIs to achieve optimal performance.
  • Monitor and improve quality measures and metrics to minimize revenue risk and ensure a high 'go live' rate.
  • Facilitate internal communication across administration and contract processing teams.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with TPIs.
  • High-level negotiation and persuasion skills to drive sales and growth.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to achieve common goals.
