Key Responsibilities

  • Handling all aspects of development work, including site appraisal, acquisitions, disposals, developer agreements, promotion agreements, planning agreements, and options
  • Negotiating and preparing leases and easements
  • Drafting leases, tenancy agreements, sales, and purchase agreements, deeds of surrender, and other necessary documents

Person Specification

  • Post-qualification experience essential – ideally 3+ years PQE
