Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Royal Hotel, Scarborough. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and food quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase food and beverage sales.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food service and maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene.
- Manage departmental payroll costs and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff to achieve their full potential.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a 100+ bedroom hotel.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures.
