Behaviour Interactive, the largest Canadian gaming studio, is seeking an experienced Principal/Senior Unreal Programmer to join our dynamic team in Middlesbrough. As a vital member of our programming team, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring other members, optimizing and working across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and mentor team members to enhance the programming team's capabilities
  • Collaborate on multiple high-profile projects in Co-Dev with renowned companies like EA, Microsoft, 2K, Activision, and Sony
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Programmer in the game industry
  • Strong skills in Unreal Engine and C++ programming
  • Experience in one or many different programming areas, including AI, Gameplay, Systems
  • Ability to travel to our Middlesbrough office 2 days a week
