As a key member of our programming team, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching junior developers, optimizing game performance, and working on high-profile projects with renowned companies like EA, Microsoft, 2K, Activision, and Sony.

About the Role
  • Coach and mentor junior programmers to enhance team performance

  • Develop and maintain high-quality game engine code

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience as a programmer in the game industry
  • Strong skills in Unreal Engine and C++ programming
  • Experience in AI, Gameplay, and Systems programming
  • Ability to travel to our Middlesbrough office 2 days a week
