Behaviour Interactive is a leading game development studio, and we're seeking an experienced Principal/Senior Unreal Programmer to join our team in Middlesbrough. As a key member of our programming team, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and refining immersive gaming experiences for our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to deliver high-quality gaming experiences.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Mentor and support team members to enhance the programming team's capabilities.
  • Work on multiple high-profile projects in co-development with renowned companies like EA, Microsoft, 2K, Activision, and Sony.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience as a programmer in the game industry.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Unreal 4/5.
  • Strong skills in Unreal Engine and C++ programming.
  • Experience in one or multiple programming areas, including AI, Gameplay, Systems.
  • Willingness to work on-site in our Middlesbrough offices.
