About the Role
We are looking for a talented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Three. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the face of our company brand, engaging and building relationships with customers to provide an outstanding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure customers receive a seamless experience, promoting our products and services effectively.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest products and services, ensuring you can provide informed advice to customers.
- Contribute to the achievement of store targets, working closely with the store management team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
