Care First UK Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivated Senior Support Worker to join our team in Swindon. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to children and young people aged 5-18.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for acting as a role model and mentor for support staff, promoting best practices and positive attitudes. You will also assist in the development, review, and implementation of care plans to meet each child's needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing hands-on care and support to children and young people in line with their individual care plans.
  • Acting as a role model and mentor for support staff, promoting best practices and positive attitudes.
  • Assisting in the development, review, and implementation of care plans to meet each child's needs.
  • Supporting the Team Leader in overseeing the day-to-day running of the service, including staff supervision and rota management.
