About the Role

Pentagon Motor Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at our Vauxhall dealership in Mansfield. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Maximize profit opportunities through effective sales strategies and product knowledge.
  • Exceed customer satisfaction by delivering personalized solutions and promoting long-term profitability for the dealership and group.
  • Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a target-driven retail sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • A full, UK driving license.
