Join Our Team as a Sales Consultant at Wilsons Carpets

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Wilsons Carpets, a leading independent flooring and bed retailer in the region. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers, helping them to find the perfect flooring and bed solutions for their needs.

About the Role
  • Assist and advise customers on a wide range of quality floor coverings, including carpets, rugs, laminate flooring, artificial grass, beds, and furniture.
  • Process customer sales and ensure that all sales and cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy store appearance, adhering to company standards.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, enabling you to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in face-to-face sales, preferably in flooring sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • Computer literate.
