Professional Growth Manager

Oxford Economics, a leading economic forecasting and consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled Professional Growth Manager to drive career progression strategies and oversee early career programmes. As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing tailored learning initiatives that align with the organisation's evolving needs.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to create comprehensive training agendas and materials, ensuring smooth enrolment and onboarding for new starters, developing and managing performance review cycles and appraisal processes, and providing support and guidance to managers on setting objectives and delivering meaningful performance feedback.
We are looking for an individual with proven experience in driving professional development, strong ability to cultivate a learning culture, and skills in producing high-quality learning resources. The successful candidate will have experience managing performance review cycles and appraisals, as well as managing performance management issues. A structured learning journey for the 2-year graduate programme would also be beneficial.
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Oxford Economics offers a range of benefits, including private healthcare, employee assistance programme, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, and hybrid/flexible working arrangements.
