- Ensuring seamless communication and coordination between team members and other healthcare professionals

- Providing expert nursing advice and guidance to patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, health insurance, and generous annual leave allowance.
