The Rapid Assessment Team Leader will oversee the assessment and support processes for individuals and families at risk of homelessness, ensuring timely and effective interventions.

Main Responsibilities:- Lead a team of rapid assessment specialists, guiding them in providing high-quality support and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce homelessness risks, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Proven leadership experience in social care or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to motivate and direct a team towards achieving shared goals.
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus benefits, dependent on qualifications and experience.
