Bouygues UK is seeking an experienced Project Controls Lead to join our Civil Works Alliance (CWA) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective delivery of the entire Civils Programme of SZC.

Salary Details

We are offering a salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, based on experience, to lead our project controls function.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic programme controls systems, managing project controls within agreed constraints, and overseeing Earned Value Management to ensure we meet all safety, quality, time, and cost parameters.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a Project Controls Execution Plan.
  • Lead the implementation of project controls, including integrated programme and productivity management.
  • Manage integrated project controls systems and provide constructive recommendations to mitigate deficiencies.
  • Generate progress and performance reports.
  • Oversee people management, recruitment, organisation, development, coaching, and mentoring.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require extensive experience of leading project controls on complex infrastructure projects, ideally with international tier 1 contractors. Your expertise in programme controls, project management systems, and people management will be essential in driving our success.
