Family Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Family Solicitor to join our Telford office. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a range of Family work, including divorce, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, financial disputes and remedies, cohabitation disputes/agreements, child arrangements/disputes, grandparents' rights in relation to children, child abduction/adoption, non-molestation/occupation orders, and providing relevant technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a wholly private caseload, with no publicly funded work
  • Provide technical expertise in Family law matters
  • Coordinate and support business development events/activities
  • Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality results
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Technical proficiency in Family and matrimonial legal matters
  • Good organisational skills and commercial awareness
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
