Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Law Solicitor to join our team at mfg Solicitors LLP.

The ideal candidate will be technically proficient in a range of Family and matrimonial legal matters, with a good sense of professional judgement. They will be a team player with aspirations to grow both self and division, and will have a client-centric focus, a proactive approach and the ability to build sound relations with others.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a range of Family work including divorce, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, financial disputes and remedies, cohabitation disputes/agreements, child arrangements/disputes, grandparents' rights in relation to children, child abduction/adoption, non-molestation/occupation orders and providing relevant technical expertise.
  • A wholly private caseload, no publicly funded work.
  • Guiding and supporting other team members.
  • Helping coordinate and support with business development events/activities.

Qualifications

  • You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
