Family Law Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Law Solicitor to join our team at mfg Solicitors LLP. As a Family Law Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a range of Family work, including divorce, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, financial disputes and remedies, cohabitation disputes/agreements, child arrangements/disputes, grandparents' rights in relation to children, child abduction/adoption, non-molestation/occupation orders, and providing relevant technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a private caseload of Family work, with no publicly funded work.
  • Guiding and supporting other team members.
  • Helping coordinate and support with business development events/activities.

Requirements:

  • You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
