Job Title: 3rd Line Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our team at In Technology Group. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, resolving complex hardware and software issues, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Resolve complex hardware and software issues, including WAN, LAN, and Cloud infrastructure
  • Mentor and train junior team members to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure our clients receive the best possible support
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a 3rd line environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of WAN, LAN, and Cloud infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and virtualization
  • Experience with Microsoft Server, Clustering, and Hyper-V
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel to client sites as required
