Job Title: Trade Counter Assistant/Driver Specialist

Role Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions efficiently, and ensuring the smooth operation of our trade counter. Your role will involve working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Sales Processing: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and filed correctly.
  3. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is ordered and replenished as needed to meet customer demand.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and support each other in achieving our business objectives.
