**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a highly skilled and experienced Integrated Specialist Public Health Nurse (ISPHN) - Health Visitor within our North team, based in Pocklington and serving the West Wolds area.

We are seeking an individual with strong leadership skills, who can effectively manage a caseload of children aged 9 months to 11 years and lead the delivery of our Healthy Child Programme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of care packages to children, young people, and their families, as well as providing specialist advice on peri-natal mental health and infant mental health.
