About the Role

At Churchill Estates Management Ltd, we're seeking a skilled and compassionate Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our luxury retirement development, ensuring the highest level of service and care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development's maintenance and repairs, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Coordinate activities and events to promote a sense of community and well-being among residents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing resident concerns and queries promptly and professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure seamless operations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service, with a focus on empathy and understanding.
  • Strong administrative skills, with experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • A calm and composed demeanor, with the ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
